# Definition of three models of interventions:
- Analysis of Authorization, Control and Security Regimes as well as customs system currently in place.
- Market Analysis of available Information Technologies and Communication Instruments for best integration of the systems.
- Analysis of existing professional structures and the potential market offer in order to identify the characteristics necessary for the creation of a “Operation Business Centre for the Logistics and Inter-modality” (OCLI), specifically dedicated to facing local needs in the area of adding value to the existing capacities of private and public actors involved.
