Med.In.TraD.E. – Mediterranean Integrated Transport for Development Enterprises – is a trans-national project, co-financed by the European Union under the Community Initiative Programme INTERREG IIIB ARCHIMED.
The project idea born from the awareness of the increasingly strategic role of South-East Mediterranean area, and in specific South Italy, Greece and Turkey, in virtue of the intensifying interest of enterprises and Public Administrations.
As a matter of fact, in spite of the growth of economic and cultural relations, the South-East Mediterranean area suffers from a scarce integration of the system of transports and logistics and, in case of Turkey, from a total lack of stable connections.
